Why This Election Matters
This Election Is About the Future of Reform
UAW members made history when they directly elected their International Executive Board.
That election represented a demand for change, greater transparency, stronger democracy, and leadership that would remain accountable to the rank and file.
The next election will help determine what reform looks like moving forward.
Reform cannot depend on personalities. It must be supported by policies, constitutional safeguards, financial controls, independent oversight, and leaders who are willing to speak up when something is not right.

➤ Will you follow the same rules you expect others to follow?
➤ Will you protect members’ dues?
➤ Will you provide members with accurate information?
➤ Will you remain accountable after Election Day?
➤ Will you put bargaining, organizing, and servicing members ahead of internal politics?
Margaret believes UAW members deserve leadership that is experienced, independent, transparent, and prepared to protect the future of the union.
